SRAM is an acronym comprising the names of its founders, Scott, Ray and Sam, where Ray is the middle name of company CEO Stan Day. Today, SRAM incorporates the former Fichtel and Sachs, Sachs-Huret, RockShox, Avid, Truvativ, Zipp and Quarq.
SRAM continues to seek and deploy technological and engineering advancements, as the company compulsively refines and redefines the pinnacle of the ultimate ride.
