returns

You are welcome to return or exchange items not listed below within 30 days of purchase with a copy of invoice indicating refund or exchange choice. The product(s) must be returned unused in the same packaging they were received. Echelonsport does not accept returns for embrocation, nutrition, tubular tires, inner tubes, bicycles or special orders. No exceptions. For exchanges, you will be billed or credited the difference. Echelonsport will refund the product cost only in form or original payment. All shipping fees and taxes responsibility of purchaser. Echelonsport is not responsible for returned packages damaged or lost in transit. We highly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance from carrier.

warranty

We are an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. All products sold by echelonsport are covered by full factory warranty. If you receive a defective product contact us. The item in question is to be returned to echelonsport via insured carrier for identical item or equivalent replacement. Echelonsport does not administer refunds of any sort due to warranty issues.

taxes and duties

Arizona customers will be charged 8.1% sales tax. International customers will be responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes. Contact your local customs office for information.
